Project Manager

$1000.00 SIGN ON BONUS**

Project Manager Qualifications:

- 5+ years' experience as a project manager or equivalent management experience

- Versatile in all phases of construction and remodeling with focus on kitchens, bathrooms and cabinetry

​

Must have:

- Valid driver's license

- Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred)

- Power and hand tools needed for trade

Required to:

- Lead field crew

- Effectively communicate (orally and in writing), with good comprehension with both clients and crew

- Coach and teach crew members

- Apply problem solving and conflict resolution

- Organize and delegate work

- Utilize BuilderTrend (will train), and Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time (90-day probation period)

Pay: (dependent on skillset)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (7:30 - 4:30)

No Weekends required (offered at overtime rate)

Year-round work
